Our team has extensive experience in meeting ASIO Security Compliance standards to deliver security/SCIF works to Comms/DRN/DSN/DPN/HMIE, Fire suppression/detection and CCTV. We execute acoustic services for sound control and to minimise noise transmission. Our team has DCAC access clearance.
HERITAGE RESTORATION & PRESERVATION
We provide exceptional restoration and preservation services based on our experience in meticulously reviving old structures to their former glory. Our aim is to safeguard the conservation of significant historic and cultural structures while ensuring their enduring functionality well into the future.

SITE VISIT AND ASSESSMENT
We receive an invitation to tender and an industry brief. After that we receive a tender briefing, at which point we start identifying risks and problem solving.
CONTRACTOR VALIDATION PROCESS
The subcontractor selection process begins including the selection of specialists. Trade packages are prepared for subcontractors.
PROJECT STRATEGY
The tender is prepared and submitted. After we receive an acceptance letter, documentation is prepared and a commencement meeting is scheduled with the client. From here we create a project strategy covering; safety, finance and timelines.
PROJECT ESTABLISHMENT
The site is established and site documentation is prepared. The letting of contracts for subcontractors begins and the project team is finalised.
CONSTRUCTION STAGE
During the construction stage, risk management and quality assurance is an ongoing process.
COMPLETION AND HANDOVER
Site clean up and final defect inspection takes place with follow up servicing for plant. Practical completion handover occurs with compliance and completion certificates as well as other documentation e.g. warranties. The defect liability period commences.
